Refund Policy

Kindly note that we will only refund faulty or damaged items.

For refunds, customers are responsible for the shipment of the returned item and custom duties. Once we receive the merchandise in the exact condition in which it was shipped, you will receive an email from our team confirming that the product you wish to return has been received in good condition and that your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive the product for the refund to be processed from our end.
