What kind of payment methods do you accept?
For orders outside of Lebanon we only accept credit card payment. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. For orders within Lebanon, we accept credit card as well as cash on delivery payments.
In regards to order within Lebanon, what exchange rate are you following? As the economic crisis in Lebanon is seeing the exchange rate fluctuate daily, please contact us directly to inquire about the exchange rate.
Can I trust the website for my data entry and online payment?
We will only use your information to process your orders. Customer information is not shared with any third parties and credit card information is not stored with us.
Is there an actual store anywhere?
The shop is located in Beirut in which you will find Creative Space Beirut School of Design alongside the CSB label boutique. You can find our exact location in the ‘Contact’ tab.
Is shipping available? Where do you ship?
Yes, we ship our products locally as well as internationally, through Aramex or DHL. Shipment fees will be calculated automatically when you proceed with the check-out. Shipping taxes may vary depending on the destination; please note that you will be in charge of these duties. Kindly refer to section ‘Shipping and Handling' for more info.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation will be accepted 24 hours after the order placement. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within the time limit at email@example.com so we can assist you.
When will I receive my order ?
An order will usually take 1 to 14 working days to reach your premises, depending on your location, and the availability of your selected items. Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to inquire about the exact lead time of your future order.
How to track my shipment?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and receipt. Once the package is on its way to you, you will receive a second email with the Aramex tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
